Ohio Template Freebie

Right at the start I need to confess something: I have "borrowed" the Ohio logo on this template from the Ohio State University website. I did not see anything that said not to use it. If someone sees a copyright somewhere or knows about it, please let me know and I will remove the template right away. I don't want to use something I'm not supposed to use.

My appologies to those fans of OTHER Ohio schools that will not want to use something from Ohio State. (North Carolina is the Tar Heel state, but being a Wolfpack fan from NC State, I detest the tar heel logo because UNC-CH...Carolina...uses the same symbol!) You guys can simply delete the "Ohio" layer and add your own text tilte.

Having said that, I also want to give a tip on coloring the ribbons that are on this Ohio template. They come from The Ephemeral Victorian website. Just make sure you use a low tolerance on your paint bucket so that you can fill in the edges a different shade. If your tolorance is too high on your paint bucket, it will fill in the entire ribbon.

Thanks for the template! I'll use it for some of my college photos. We did the same hand gestures at our football games at Ohio University (in Athens). I can just use the green and white from my school. OSU always did copy us anyways. I guess that happens when you're the 1st university in the state.

I just found your blog and love your state templates!!! Thank you so much! If you have time and inspiration, would you do all 50 states? We travel on motorcycles and have been to 30 of the states, our goal is the do all 50 (have to rent in Hawaii:):):) and I'm betting Alaska too:) But it would be so neat to do a book with all the states and pics from each!!!
Hugs,
