Here is a wonderful template to use with those "afternoon teas" spent with the grandchildern or even your own child. It was inspired by a wonderful tea I went to at the request of one of my Pilates clients.
The speaker (and I'm sorry I don't recall her name) spoke about how we all are tea pots with something we have inside of us to "pour out" to others (who are the tea cups.) I really took home a wonderful message from her.
