Groovy 70's Psychedelic Set Freebie

Finally I am getting around to posting a freebie today. I was playing with my blog layout again. This time I figured out how to dess up my block quotes to make them more eye catching. My appologies to those of you who subscribe to the blog. I think you got an email everytime I "undid" something!

If you have been following my designing at all, you may have discovered I have a sort of pattern I follow (not really on purpose, but there it is none the less.) If I like the way something turned out I may use the style, texture or shape in another way for a new set.

Today's digital scrapbooking freebie is the 70's Psychedelic Set. I got the idea from my Parchment Package Add On. I was designing the car element in that one and decided to do a set with a 70's theme.

Also, there is another egg in this package.

Another Pattern I follow is that I always have an add on to the kits I make. (Gets you to come back to the blog again, huh? LOL) So look for the add on to this set tomorrow.

P.S. There will be a second egg in the add on kit!

An Apple A Day Freebie

I hope you are getting used to my blog's new look. I still have a couple of things I want to try before I am satasified. I just want it to be DIFFERENT! LOL


Today's digital scrapbooking freebie started in yesterday's Parchment Package Add On. One of the shapes in that set is an apple. Well, I couldn't just leave that one little apple out there by itself! So beginning today there is a series of 3 Apple Sets.


The first apple set consists of variations of red. Some apples are traditional looking, while others are stretching it a little bit. Get the Red Apple Set here and come back tomorrow for the Green Apple Set. Then on Tuesday I'll have the Yellow Apple Set for you to download.

Freebie: Parchment Package Add On

Today's freebie, Parchment Package Add On has some shapes in it that you may go looking for occasionally but can't seem to find.

My favorite in this kit is the car. I used a picture of a VW "Bug". My aunt had a red one back in the mid 1960's. I still remember how it looked and sounded. My sister and I thought it was so neat when we got to go somewhere with my aunt.

The pig is for my college roommate who developed an affection for anything PIGS when she started decorating her own home. I still think of her whnever I see anything pig themed.

I hope you like this hodge podge of a collection. Sometimes I go off in a direction and things get kind of strange! LOL
