Across the world today many followers of the techniques of Joseph Pilates are celebrating his life's work.
As many of you know, I am Pilates instructor. So today the club where I work is hosting a International Pilates Day Mat Master Class. I'll be there teaching this class which isn't normally offered on this day at this time. It is a special class to promote our Pilates Studio.
