New York template is the download for today.
While I was surfing the internet, I came upon a wesite that offers a free badge maker. I saw one of the badges and thought it would be something that would go with today's State Template Series freebie.
The file is in Photoshop. You just open the file and then you deselect the files you do not want to see (using the "eye" in the layers palette.) There are several pre-made badges or you can make your own by replacing your image with the layer image of another badge. Just play around with it.

Notice that this badge is only a sample and that you'll have to download the file to get the actual badge.
